By enrolling in Golden Touch Enrichment Academy (GTA), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding tuition, resources, and withdrawals: 1. Commitment to Enrollment: Upon acceptance and enrollment, GTA allocates tuition funds toward educational services, instructional materials, kits, and other resources necessary for my success. These funds are committed and cannot be recovered once dispersed. 2. Non-Refundable Tuition & Resource Fees a) Tuition and any related payments made on my behalf, whether by me or a third-party funding agency, are non-refundable once processed. b) GTA immediately utilizes these funds to secure educational resources, including but not limited to books, supplies, equipment, instructor time, facility access, and administrative costs. As such, I understand that tuition funds cannot be returned under any circumstances. 3. Withdrawal Policy & Financial Responsibility a) Should I choose to withdraw, for any reason, including but not limited to personal, medical, or financial circumstances, GTA is not liable for refunding tuition or returning any portion of the funds received. b) I agree that any financial liability resulting from a withdrawal will be solely between me and the funding agency. GTA will not reimburse, repay, or assume any financial obligation arising from my decision to discontinue the program. c) I agree to indemnify and hold harmless GTA, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or repayment obligations imposed by third-party funding sources. 4. Acknowledgment of Financial Consequences a) I acknowledge that once tuition is paid, it is considered fully earned and non-refundable by GTA. b) I understand that a change of personal circumstances (including but not limited to divorce, relocation, job loss, or family obligations) does not absolve me of my financial commitment to GTA. c) If a third-party funder demands repayment due to withdrawal, I agree that GTA is not responsible for such repayment and that I must resolve any funding issues directly with the third party. 5. Binding Agreement: This clause is legally binding, and my signature on the enrollment agreement constitutes full acceptance of these terms. Student Acknowledgment & Agreement: By selecting "Yes, I agree and confirm with this digital signature." below and connected to this statement, I certify that all statements made on this application are complete and true and I understand and agree to the above terms. I acknowledge that GTA’s tuition, fees, and allocated resources are non-refundable, and I accept full responsibility for any financial obligations arising from my withdrawal. *Application Fee and Administrative fees are Non-Refundable after 5th day of signing enrollment application.
